Everyday in the Waldorf Kindergarten, a children’s book I wrote and illustrated for my master’s degree in Waldorf early childhood education.

With lots of pictures and simple text, Everyday in the Waldorf Kindergarten depicts young children engaged in the day-to-day activities of a Waldorf kindergarten: Arriving with a parent; playing; building houses with playstands; sewing; painting; circle time; chopping vegetables; baking bread; resting; cleaning up; getting dressed; playing outside; watching a puppet play; and finally, going home again!

“I am delighted to introduce Toki’s beautiful new book, based on her experience as a Waldorf Teacher. Through full-color pastel illustrations, she has created a sweet and inspiring book of images for both children who have attended a Waldorf kindergarten, or Waldorf-inspired preschool program, or anyone with children as the story is gentle, kind, and inspiring.” - Sarah Baldwin, owner of Bella Luna Toys
